Deliveries :

BH Milestone guarantees delivery times ranging from 1 week to 2 weeks for floors and tiles that are in stock, and 7 to 8 weeks for orders. If desired, BH Milestone can make deliveries using its own transport. Upon taking your order, we ask for a 50% advance payment. Barring a few exceptions, your order must be paid for in cash or within 7 weekdays of delivery.

After Service :

In the event of any problems arising in connection with the floors or tiles, we guarantee a speedy and sound solution. Should your delivery include any damaged tiles, these will immediately be replaced by us – no questions asked. Since natural stone is a natural product, it may show minor variations in result and colour. However, BH Milestone offers you an airtight guarantee against manufacturing faults.
